Spaces are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. Only 4 vendor of the same craft will be permitted. In an effort to maintain the true spirit of a “craft show” no more than 8 direct sales consultants of any type will be permitted. Like vendors will not be placed near each other, allowing all vendors an opportunity to duly sell their products.
Items must be in good taste and can not be vulgar or obscene.
Vendors can bring their own tables and chairs or rent them from us. Our tables are 6′ fold up, and rent for $2.50 each. 2 metal chairs will accompany each table. Tables must be covered with tablecloths, preferably to the floor.
Vendors are asked to donate one item, minimum retail value $5.00, for our door prize drawings.
Pop up tents are not permitted.
Space payments MUST be received within 10 business days from pre-reservation to guarantee placement. Payments not received within said time frame will result in space reservation cancellation. Upon receipt of payment, should the originally selected space still be available, it will be reassigned to the vendor. Failure to show will result in a full forfeiture of all rental fees and WILL result in vendor not being invited back. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all rental fees. ALL PRE-RESERVED SPACES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY OCTOBER 1, 2017.
RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $45.00 fee for any returned check. Vendors failing to cover a returned check, as well as the $45.00 fee, within 5 days of being notified by us, will not be invited or allowed to participate in future events.
Should not all spaces be rented, the sponsor reserves the right to re-align the aisle (vendor space type I only) floor layout to better serve all vendors.
We utilize every FREE form of advertising we can including, but not limited to, craft fair event sites, local newspaper community announcements, radio public service announcements, flyers, and posters. The event will be promoted on Lite 97.5 FM radio. Two large banners will be placed, in front of the Randy Smith Center. Other advertising signs will be placed throughout the area in high traffic areas.
We offer 2 different size spaces: 10 x 15, and 15 x 15. Please visit our floor plan to view our layout and space types. While vendors can select the type of space they would like to reserve, placement will be handled by the promoter, insuring no crafts of the same type of in close proximity of each other. Vendor’s can choose to set up their displays beginning Friday evening, October 27, 2017 from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Setup continues on Saturday morning, October 28, 2017 beginning at 8:30 am. Vendors will not be permitted access to the facility until 7:30 pm on Friday evening and 8:30 am on Saturday morning. Vendor’s will be required to vacate the facility by 9:00 pm Friday evening and 5:00 pm on Saturday.
